What You’ll Actually Do
• AI Fluency: Apply AI and data to spot trends, forecast demand, and sharpen decisions, while exercising judgment on their accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Analytical Thinking: Dig into data and retail math, model various scenarios, pressure-test assumptions, and transform complex problems into bold, actionable recommendations.
• Commercial Instinct: Notice emerging trends, understand their underlying reasons, and connect these observations to potential implications for the business.
• Turning Insight into Action: Distill critical information from noise, shape it into clear, decision-ready recommendations, and present the case simply for effective action.
• Customer Obsession: Center decisions on the customer, anticipating their desires, understanding their importance, and shaping products and experiences that blend human intuition with data-driven insights.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Completing a bachelor’s degree by June 2027. Entry-level professional who is curious, adaptable, energized by change, and passionate about fashion, retail, and shaping what’s next.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required.
• Skills: AI fluency, analytical thinking, commercial instinct, customer and commercially minded, collaborative, resilient, and learning agility.
• Bonus: Retail experience is a plus. Must be willing to relocate to San Francisco or New York City.
