What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Operations & Project Coordination: Gain hands-on experience by learning daily operations, office administration, and project coordination, ensuring smooth execution of live campaigns.
• Financial Management & Reporting: Develop core financial understanding by tracking budgets, managing payroll processes, producing basic financial reports, and analyzing profit and loss information to understand performance drivers.
• Marketing, Sales & Client Relationship Management: Build crucial commercial skills through sales, customer acquisition, professional relationship-building, developing marketing strategy, audience engagement, conversion performance, and account management, including client communication and campaign reporting.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Contribute to team growth by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management, learning to plan workloads, set expectations, and foster accountability.
• Entrepreneurial Business Judgment: Cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset by being taught to think beyond individual tasks, understand the underlying numbers, own outcomes, identify new opportunities, and make considered business decisions within your authority.
