This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of client company contract, premium, and loss information within the company’s global reinsurance systems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Statement Recording: Record client account statements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Balance Resolution: Investigate and resolve open payable/receivable balances.
• Condition Calculations: Prepare result dependent condition calculations.
• Payment Processing: Process payment transactions, both incoming and outgoing, in accordance with contract terms.
• System Data Entry: Accurately capture contract terms and conditions into global systems with guidance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Bookkeeping and/or accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, solid math and analytic skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) including data manipulation and analysis in Excel.
