Summer 2027 Intern – Corporate Finance, US Coffee (MBA) | Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.

The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., located in Burlington, MA. Keurig Dr Pepper is a leading beverage company known for over 150 owned, licensed, and partner brands, including a prominent global coffee business with the Keurig single-serve brewing system. This role is crucial for supporting accurate royalty forecasting, reporting, and financial management for partner brands by interpreting complex licensing agreements and developing robust financial models. The intern will ensure royalty obligations are precisely calculated, forecasted, accrued, and paid across a diverse portfolio.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain comprehensive royalty forecasting models to estimate quarterly and annual royalty expenses by partner brand.
• Royalty Actualization: Calculate, validate, and reconcile royalty payments owed to partner brands based on sales activity and contractual agreements.
• Portfolio Analysis: Analyze complex product portfolios, including variety packs, to determine appropriate royalty allocation methodologies for multiple brand partners.
• Reporting & Insights: Generate regular reporting and executive-level insights regarding royalty obligations, partner brand performance, and financial impacts.
• Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to forecasting methodologies and reporting tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to translate contractual language into accurate financial outcomes.
• Skills: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; very strong analytical and critical thinking skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Coachable, open to feedback, eager to grow into a well-rounded finance professional; ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
