What You’ll Actually Do
• Prospecting: Prospect for new business and develop client relationships through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking events.
• Client Management: Meet with clients to understand their businesses, hiring challenges, and talent needs.
• Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt high-performing professionals and conduct candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Process Management: Manage the interview process from candidate submission through to offer negotiation.
• Market Engagement: Build a strong personal brand through social media, create engaging content, and attend networking events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree expected by Spring or Summer 2027; Entry-Level; genuine interest in building a career in sales.
• Experience: Some previous sales experience through a part-time job, internship, side hustle, or similar environment.
• Skills: Strong work ethic, competitive and goal-oriented mindset, confidence communicating with diverse individuals, resilience to challenges and setbacks.
• Bonus: Expected GPA of 3.0 or higher; Business, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship degrees are preferred, but all degree backgrounds will be considered.
