The Tone:
This is a 12-month academy program at Philip Morris International, located in North & Central Luzon. Philip Morris International is a global consumer goods company, and this program is designed to develop future field sales and commercial operations leaders. What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership Development: Build leadership, commercial, and field execution capabilities necessary to successfully lead frontline sales teams.
• Commercial Performance: Drive business performance by focusing on commercial results and the effective execution of sales initiatives.
• Field Management: Gain practical experience in managing sales territories, overseeing trade engagement activities, and optimizing business operations.
• People Coaching: Develop essential skills in coaching, people leadership, and performance management to guide and motivate sales teams.
• Strategic Projects: Work on strategic business projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives, contributing to broader company objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-career professional in sales leadership development.
• Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, Distribution, Trade Marketing, FMCG, or a related business environment. Proven track record of delivering business results and taking ownership of outcomes is essential.
• Skills: Strong commercial acumen, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to interpret business performance indicators effectively. Effective communication skills in English are required for presenting insights and recommendations clearly. A valid driver’s license and willingness to operate in field-based commercial environments are also necessary.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
