The Tone:
This is a 12-month Sales Supervisor Academy designed to prepare high-potential sales professionals for future leadership roles within Field Sales Supervision and Commercial Operations. Through this structured development program, participants will build essential leadership, commercial, and field execution capabilities. The role matters because it cultivates individuals capable of successfully leading frontline sales teams and driving significant business performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, Distribution, Trade Marketing, FMCG, or a related business environment, with a proven track record of delivering business results and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Skills: Strong commercial acumen, customer focus, ability to interpret business performance indicators, and effective communication skills in English to present insights and recommendations clearly.
• Bonus: Valid driver’s license and willingness to operate in field-based commercial environments.
