What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct in-depth requirement-gathering discussions and comprehensive workshops with internal and client stakeholders to thoroughly understand functional requirements and precisely convert them into actionable technical specifications, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Solution Design & Feasibility: Assist effectively in feasibility analysis by meticulously reviewing functional documents, noting preliminary constraints, and preparing detailed impact summaries for potential changes, while also contributing to robust solution design through identifying precise customization requirements across multiple modules based on understanding both functional and technical requirements.
• Configuration and Customisation: Execute all required customizations and apply necessary configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system architecture, thereby providing essential support for the seamless implementation of diverse business processes.
• Integration & Optimization: Actively participate in the design of integrations for multiple modules, comprehensively assess the data flow between various applications, and analyze performance issues to optimize configurations, queries, or integrations across the interconnected systems.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation, encompassing comprehensive design documents and clear process documents, to ensure thorough record-keeping and knowledge transfer for all project deliverables.

• Background: This role requires a mid to senior-level Techno Functional Consultant with a deep understanding of system configurations and business process implementation strategies.
• Experience: Candidates must possess 8-10 years of professional experience, specifically in executing customizations and applying configuration changes within enterprise systems.
• Skills: Mandatory technical skills include comprehensive expertise in ServiceNow Integrations and Automation.
