What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements in line with project goals.
• Solution Design: Contribute to solution design by identifying customization requirements across multiple modules, based on an understanding of functional requirements and their linkage to technical requirements.
• Configuration and Customisation: Execute required customizations and apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system, supporting the implementation of business processes.
• Troubleshooting and optimisation: Analyze performance issues and optimize configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications.
• Documentation: Create detailed functional and technical documentation including design documents and process documents.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A senior-level professional (L2, 8-10 years experience) focused on techno-functional consulting, responsible for executing customizations, applying configuration changes across multiple modules, and supporting the implementation of business processes within existing systems.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience specifically in a techno-functional capacity, demonstrating expertise in supporting business process implementations and system customizations across multiple modules.
• Skills: Mandatory expertise in TEMENOS T24, alongside strong capabilities in functional requirement analysis, technical solution design, multi-module system configuration, integration design and data flow assessment, and performance troubleshooting and optimization.
