What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirement Elicitation: Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements aligned with project goals.
• System Implementation: Execute necessary customizations and apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system, supporting the broader implementation of business processes.
• Solution Architecture: Contribute to solution design by identifying specific customization requirements across multiple modules, based on an understanding of functional requirements and their linkage to technical requirements.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze performance issues and actively optimize existing configurations, queries, or integrations across various applications to ensure peak efficiency.
• Technical Documentation: Create detailed functional and technical documentation, encompassing design documents and process documents, to support system understanding and future development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A skilled professional responsible for executing customizations, applying configuration changes, and supporting the implementation of business processes across multiple system modules.
• Experience: 8-10 Years of experience, specifically with ServiceNow Integrations and Automation.
• Skills: ServiceNow Integrations, ServiceNow Automation, System Customization, Configuration Management, Performance Tuning.
