What You’ll Actually Do
• Engagement: Contribute to various phases of audit and/or tax engagements.
• Execution: Perform planning, testing, research, and reporting activities.
• Preparation: Prepare compilations, reviews, compliance documents, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Taxation: Process a range of tax types, including corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, state, and local.
• Interaction: Engage in meaningful interactions with staff at all levels and with clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Staff with a Bachelor’s degree emphasizing accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax.
• Experience: Completion of the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining a CPA license.
• Skills: Detail-oriented leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.
