What You’ll Actually Do
• Education Application: Build and expand on your classroom education through practical application.
• Return Preparation: Prepare individual and business tax returns for clients.
• Training Participation: Participate in various tax, accounting, and software training sessions.
• Skill Development: Mentor with Tax Managers and Directors to learn best practices and essential workplace skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an accounting or business program at an accredited University or College.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills.
