The Tone:
This is a two-year early-careers program at Moody’s Corporation, with cohorts located in New York or London, and US-based roles primarily in New York. Moody’s is a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, transforming how the world sees risk by advancing AI to move from insight to action. This program is designed to develop well-rounded, client-facing professionals by providing structured rotations across key sales and customer-focused functions. Participants will build a deep understanding of Moody’s data, products, processes, and customers, contributing to the company’s mission of decoding risk to unlock opportunity for clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Support: Support sales contracting and renewal activities by preparing documentation and confirming alignment with client and organizational standards.
• Proposal Coordination: Coordinate responses to requests for proposals, gathering relevant information from multiple teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Client Engagement: Manage client service inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, while building effective cross-functional relationships.
• Marketing Assistance: Support marketing events and campaigns, create customer-facing communications, and generate reports and analytics that inform marketing insights.
• Sales Development: Conduct prospect and account research, lead outreach campaigns, identify new contacts, and qualify prospective opportunities for sales professionals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or another relevant area, with an anticipated graduation date of June 2027. Availability to start as part of the July 2027 cohort is required for this early-careers role.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience are mandated for this role.
• Skills: Possess creative problem-solving abilities to assess issues and develop practical solutions; demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across diverse teams and business functions; exhibit strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills; maintain a proactive and responsive approach to identifying issues, communicating updates, and managing expectations; show motivation to achieve measurable results and contribute to team goals; and have a basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, coupled with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Bonus: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience or projects, including internships. An interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use, is also a plus.
