What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Structuring: Provide clients with strategic, integrated tax solutions focused on outbound and inbound structuring.
• Tax Research: Complete tax planning and research.
• Knowledge Development: Develop an understanding of worldwide tax minimization, transfer pricing, and accounting for income taxes.
• Global Compliance: Assist with IFRS/GAAP convergence and foreign assignment planning.
• Strategy Building: Work with businesses around the world to build successful cross-border tax strategies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Intern-level pursuing a B.A., B.S., or J.D. degree or equivalent from an accredited university, with an Accounting Major, having completed 90 credit hours.
• Experience: Required travel to assigned client locations, with access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel proficiency, ability to work effectively on a team, and capacity to multitask effectively.
• Bonus: A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
