This is a full-time, in-person position within the centralized segment of the Advisor Development Program at Bank of America, located in the Mountain West Market Offices. This role is a critical entry point for individuals aspiring to become Financial Solutions Advisors, responsible for guiding clients through personalized advice and solutions across their investment, savings, and liability management needs. What You’ll Actually Do
• Licensing and Training: Complete dedicated and personalized classes to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams within specified timeframes, a core requirement for the role.
• Client Relationship Management: Acquire, build, and manage client relationships, learning the foundational skills to provide a personal connection and transparent service.
• Comprehensive Financial Planning: Understand a client’s complex financial picture, guiding them with advice and solutions across investments, savings, and liability management to help them live their best financial lives.
• Investment Recommendation and Review: Develop and prepare investment recommendations that align with the goals of both existing and prospective affluent and high net worth clients, including delivering confident client reviews and presentations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with core banking and investment partners, connecting clients to the full suite of solutions provided through Bank of America and Merrill to meet virtually all their financial needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position within the Advisor Development Program, requiring a foundational commitment to obtaining Securities Industry licenses and developing expertise in comprehensive wealth management and investment principles.
• Experience: Demonstrated confidence in a sales environment, coupled with proven ability to build strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration within a professional setting.
• Skills:
* Proactive mindset and effective time management to prioritize tasks and client interests.
* Results-driven approach, consistently identifying and applying appropriate client solutions based on learned information.
* Ability to apply relevant regulatory due diligence in daily activities and in crafting long-term client strategies.
• Bonus: Possessing a Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry or a sales role, along with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
