The Project Manager II ensures successful product development, builds development road maps, and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues and deliver key initiatives.

• Mission: To drive and manage numerous simple to moderate portfolio projects, ensuring successful product development and issue resolution within one or more Business Units.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management: Drive and manage numerous simple to moderate portfolio projects throughout the year.
• Process Oversight: Manage all phases of the project through the Product Development process.
• Performance Tracking: Define key performance parameters, create regular variance reports, and effectively communicate project status including schedule variances and mitigation options.
• Resource & Compliance: Negotiate with Engineering Resource Managers for project resources and maintain compliance with corporate and public regulations.
• Improvement & Resolution: Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate project impacts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience is required. A project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is also required.
• Experience: 10+ years of IT PMO experience. Experience coordinating team workflow in a deadline-driven environment, delivering on projects of various size and duration, and collaborating with others in IT management roles.
• Skills: Agile knowledge, process improvement, excellent negotiation skills, strong stakeholder relationship management skills, data analysis skills, and strong organization/project planning, time management, change management, and problem-solving skills.
