• Mission: Lead market development activities for Nucor Insulated Panel Group by promoting insulated panels directly to key architectural, engineering, and owner firms to drive growth initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Leadership: Lead all market development activities for Nucor Insulated Panel Group with architects, designers, engineers, and owners.
• Direct Promotion: Directly promote insulated panels to Architectural firms, Engineering firms, Design Build firms, and targeted Owners/Developers through presentations and industry events.
• Strategic Engagement: Conduct research, create targeted activities, and travel within assigned markets to develop basis of design specifications.
• Pipeline Management: Provide follow-up on all leads generated through marketing efforts and support pipeline management activities using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Market Intelligence: Collect and communicate market intelligence and trends, while ensuring strong customer support, education, and adherence to safety standards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, with experience in a professional sales role focused on architecture, engineering, or design.
• Experience: 5+ years in a professional sales role, with demonstrated ability to drive opportunities through the sales pipeline from early inception to close.
• Skills: Direct product promotion, market research, professional communication, pipeline management, and CRM utilization.
• Bonus: Understanding of sales and specification processes, knowledge of the construction process, practices, procedures, and documents, preferably with CSI master specification and procedures; a combination of technical and interpersonal skill sets.
