The Tone:
This is an accelerated, entry-level Global Graduate Program at Reynolds American Inc., located in Winston-Salem, NC, and Clarksville, TN. Reynolds American is evolving rapidly into a global multi-category business, driven by its purpose to create A Better Tomorrow™ by Building a Smokeless World. This role is designed to prepare early career professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience for a Lead Manager position within a global organization, offering potential international career opportunities across the broader BAT group. • Location: In-person Winston-Salem, NC / Clarksville, TN
• Team: The Operations function, encompassing Manufacturing (supporting R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., American Snuff Company, and Sante Fe Natural Tobacco), Leaf, Engineering, Supply Chain (Logistics, Planning, Wholesale Services, and New Production Introduction), Quality, and Procurement.
• Mission: To develop functional, leadership, and business capabilities through hands-on assignments and rotations across Manufacturing, Leaf, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement, collaborating with leaders to deliver meaningful business results.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Ownership: Own projects that drive business and financial results across areas such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Safety, Quality, process optimization, and waste reduction.
• Result Delivery: Deliver high-quality results through collaboration, accountability, and self-leadership.
• Problem Analysis: Analyze operational challenges and recommend solutions.
• Initiative Support: Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team, depending on the specific assignment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher required in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, STEM, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Operations or a related area, coupled with strong academic performance and relevant internship, practicum, or leadership experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership potential, business acumen, strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, a results-driven mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities, effective interpersonal skills, robust communication skills, and the ability to develop and deliver presentations using data and insights.
• Bonus: Exposure to IWS, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies, and a willingness to relocate globally for potential international career opportunities.
