The TL;DR

• Pay: $33.00–$36.00 hourly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit/Tax Engagement: Participate in different phases of audit and/or tax engagements.
• Financial Analysis: Plan, test, research, and report on financial activities and health.
• Client Solutions: Work with compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Tax Compliance: Engage in corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Client Interaction: Foster meaningful interactions with staff at all levels and with diverse clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax.
• Experience: Academic success with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and on track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam with the goal of obtaining licensure.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Bonus: Bilingual in Japanese and English or Chinese and English may be considered for qualified candidates requiring sponsorship.
