What You’ll Actually Do
• Cost Development & Pricing Impact: Accurately develop the cost per unit for current models, which is crucial for determining sales pricing.
• Monthly Financial Closing: Perform essential monthly closing activities specifically related to sales and materials to ensure financial accuracy.
• Budget & Profit Analysis: Conduct comprehensive sales and materials analysis for budget events and create detailed sales breakdowns and profit analyses with supervision.
• Quote Preparation & Variance Analysis: Prepare precise parts and unit pricing quotes and analyze material usage and sales price variances, identifying key differences from planned figures.
• Management Reporting: Present all findings, analyses, and costing information clearly to management for informed decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This entry-level role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Candidates with an Associate’s degree are also considered if they have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Fundamental knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, cost accounting, and general accounting principles is essential.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required, along with experience using SAP.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial, complemented by excellent presentation and organizational skills.
