We are actively expanding and seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant eager to grow with us. This position is vital for managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our rapid expansion by building a robust accounting and finance department.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Operations: Maintain accurate financial records and manage expenses, billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable using QuickBooks Online.
• Reconciliation & Incentives: Conduct financial audits and reconciliations, overseeing incentive processes to ensure precision.
• Payroll Management: Process comprehensive payroll, factoring in employee hours, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Performance Reporting: Generate performance reports and financial forecasts, ensuring integrity in the tracking and reporting of Key Performance Metrics.
• Cultural Contribution: Promote and embody the company’s core values and mission, contributing to a high-standard team environment and policy compliance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in accounting and administration.
• Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, ADP Run, and Google Suite; knowledge of tax filing and compliance regulations; excellent analytical, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
