What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconcile and Analyze: Perform monthly reconciliation and analysis of various balance sheet accounts.
• Support Budgeting: Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of the company’s budget and financial projections.
• Correct Errors: Analyze budget to actual variances, then research and correct detected errors.
• Process Entries: Prepare monthly journal entries to record financial transactions.
• Generate Reports: Prepare special reports for use in analyzing financial results and assist with internal and external financial schedules.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting with general accounting knowledge.
• Experience: Entry-Level, with a focus on core accounting principles and practices.
• Skills: Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing software, strong attention to detail and accuracy, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent deadlines under limited supervision.
• Bonus: 1-2 years of related accounting experience.
