The Tone:

This TRAIL (Tools Required for Advancement Into Leadership) program is a 12-month rotational leadership-development initiative specifically designed for recent college graduates. It enables participants to gain practical, on-the-job leadership and management skills, ultimately strengthening the company’s future leadership by building foundational knowledge in process improvement, presentation, and leadership.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Validation and Documentation: Validate loan-level data and ensure comprehensive documentation and image delivery are completed accurately.
• Operational Auditing: Perform thorough pre and post-transfer audits to maintain operational integrity within loan servicing.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify the underlying causes for operational issues detected, contributing to problem resolution and prevention.
• Strategic Recommendations: Conduct detailed business analyses and formulate recommendations for leadership regarding potential business and process changes, making decisions in real-world account management scenarios.
• Process Improvement Leadership: Actively champion the Process Improvement discipline within the organization, implementing necessary steps and tools to successfully complete projects and drive efficiency.
• Foundational Learning: Observe experienced workers to acquire essential knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for departmental duties, and receive training across several functions to become familiar with company policies and best practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, marking this as an entry-level opportunity for recent college graduates.
• Experience: Candidates must be recent college graduates capable of excelling in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and contributing to the creation, design, and implementation of value-add business strategies. This role requires the ability to respond well to pressure and deadlines, working effectively both individually and collaboratively.
• Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong business communication skills, and an ability to clearly articulate and present ideas and findings to varied audiences, including operations staff and senior leadership. Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics is preferred. Experience with PowerPoint and Visio software is considered a plus.
