The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an accredited college degree program as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing an accounting or finance-related degree, or be a Spring 2027 graduate.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership abilities and on-campus involvement.
• Skills: Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 overall; foundational knowledge in accounting or finance with the intention to complete course credits to be eligible for CPA certification; ability to work 40 hours per week during regular business hours and adhere to Unum’s hybrid work policy.
