Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program Associate | Regal Rexnord

The Tone:
This is a full-time, fully onsite early career role at Regal Rexnord, with work performed at your designated office. Regal Rexnord is a global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates worldwide, providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit, and control motion through electric motors, air moving subsystems, power transmission components, and automation offerings. This accelerated rotational program is designed to develop the next generation of operations leaders, equipping participants with the technical, business, and people leadership skills essential for critical operational roles within the company.

The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career
• Type: Full-time
• Location: Rotational, with assignments across various U.S. locations (e.g., Arlington, TX; Downers Grove, IL; East Aurora, NY)
• Pay: $60000–$80000 yearly
• Team: Part of the Automation and Motion Control (AMC) Segment, participating in a 24-month rotational program
• Mission: Develop future operations leaders through hands-on experience and structured learning across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Projects: Lead and support high-impact operational projects focused on improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Methodologies: Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to various operational processes.
• Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify process gaps and implement effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to achieve objectives.
• Presentations: Present recommendations and results of projects to site and senior leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with an anticipated graduation of Spring/Summer 2027 and a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience: Prior experience (internships, co-ops, or full-time) in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain, available to begin full-time by July 2027.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead through ambiguity and drive results, collaboration and influence in cross-functional environments, continuous learning mindset.
• Bonus: 1+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated leadership experience (student organizations, project leadership), or experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools.
