The TL;DR

• Team: Supply Chain team, within the ASPIRE program
• Mission: To inspire and guide recent graduates through career-shaping experiences in supply chain, building technical, business, and leadership capabilities for future success at Baker Hughes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage diverse projects: You will manage diverse projects across various supply chain functions including manufacturing, sourcing, materials management, logistics, quality, and process improvement, as well as Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and services operations.
• Engage in structured career development: You will engage in structured career development by receiving coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning to accelerate professional growth and create future opportunities.
• Complete a comprehensive supply chain training curriculum: You will complete a comprehensive supply chain training curriculum, including pursuing certifications in LEAN Six Sigma and APICS, and mastering core supply chain processes.
• Build a global network: You will build a global network by collaborating cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers, and interacting with global business leaders.
• Address critical business challenges: You will address critical business challenges by participating in cross-functional, mission-based teams to develop and implement effective solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification is a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or an equivalent discipline from an accredited university. This is an entry-level role, with the most recent degree completed within the last 24 months.
• Experience: Candidates must possess a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (or equivalent) and demonstrate prior experience in and a clear passion for supply chain operations.
• Skills: Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, with effective communication skills is required. Applicants must be geographically mobile for various program locations and authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
