The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Nestlé Purina North America, with initial rotation locations in Bloomfield, Missouri, or Davenport, Iowa. Nestlé Purina is a long-standing leader in pet care, dedicated to continuous innovation and excellence, driven by integrity and a strong connection to pets and their owners. This role is designed to develop future leaders in supply chain management, offering a unique personal and professional development experience outside of a traditional classroom setting. Associates will gain comprehensive insights into the entire pet care supply chain, from manufacturing to customer service, while being coached to advance into management.

• Mission: To develop future leaders who can optimize inventory levels and enhance the efficiency of the end-to-end supply chain process within Nestlé Purina’s manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Train: Complete comprehensive training across warehouse, transportation, and customer service operations.
• Project Manage: Execute assigned department improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop Expertise: Gain deep industry knowledge of CPG and pet care, understanding consumer insights, Purina brands, competitive landscape, and market trends.
• Operate: Engage with internal and external supply chain operations, encompassing factory logistics, warehousing, transportation, customer supply chain management, and order revenue management.
• Network: Cultivate professional relationships across various disciplines, account management, and customer teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline attained or expected by June 2027.
• Experience: Openness to relocation to any of Nestlé Purina’s 24 manufacturing sites across the U.S. as you progress through the Management Development Associate program.
• Skills: Supply chain process optimization, inventory management, strategic development, cross-functional collaboration, project management.
• Bonus: Prior internship, co-op, practicum, or manufacturing experience; involvement in student organizations and/or other leadership experience.
