• Mission: Learn to manage fleet operations, ensure safe and timely freight movement, and maintain customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture positive professional relationships with drivers and external carriers to ensure operational continuity, minimize turnover, and enhance productivity.
• Fleet Optimization: Become proficient in maximizing the efficiency and profitability of fleet operations, measuring key performance indicators, and recommending continuous improvements.
• Operational Management: Learn to manage inventory, company assets, customer pools, and driver assignments to effectively balance equipment within the market.
• Administrative Support: Perform essential administrative duties, including payroll processing, managing the Net-Revenue budget, conducting driver counseling, and analyzing financial statements.
• Service Resolution: Collaborate with drivers, customers, and company personnel to resolve service, routing, planning, and mechanical issues, including being available on-call as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 years of experience with a relevant Bachelor’s degree, or 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or equivalent military experience with a High School Diploma/GED.
• Skills: Ability to anticipate and resolve conflicts, analyze situations for productive decision-making, adapt to changing environments, establish and maintain professional relationships, and effectively communicate ideas.
• Bonus: Experience managing a team.
