What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Report Review: Systematically review monthly financial reports originating from various plant locations, verifying their accuracy and consistency with company standards.
• Journal Entry Completion: Accurately complete and process journal entries to ensure proper recording of all financial transactions within the company’s accounting system.
• Data Compilation and Reporting: Compile comprehensive financial and operational reports utilizing Excel, transforming raw data into actionable insights for management review.
• Special Project Assistance: Provide direct assistance on various special projects, undertaking tasks that contribute to the successful completion of strategic initiatives within the accounting department.
• Administrative and Operational Support: Execute other assigned duties that contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the accounting department, ensuring all operational requirements are met.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; this is an Entry-Level position ideal for students seeking practical experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in utilizing Microsoft Office suite applications, which is essential for report compilation and data management.
• Skills:
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, promoting effective team coordination and the ability to collaborate successfully with all levels of management, clients, and vendors.
• Must be self-driven and capable of independently completing tasks and managing workload without requiring specific, constant direction.
• Strong analytical skills, coupled with a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
