What You’ll Actually Do
• Cybersecurity: Safeguard systems and data through risk management and threat detection during dedicated rotations.
• Data & AI: Leverage data to drive insights and operational efficiency, applying machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance IT processes and systems.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions in a technical product and project management capacity.
• Application & Infrastructure: Build and optimize software tools for internal and external use, while also designing and supporting scalable, secure technology environments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification includes being currently enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Data Science, or any related STEM discipline. This is an early-career development program designed for those at the foundational stage of their professional journey.
• Experience: Candidates must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027. Required experience includes applying technical and analytical skills, demonstrated through relevant coursework, academic projects, or prior internships. Furthermore, applicants should showcase demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities developed in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities are essential, encompassing both written and verbal formats, with a particular emphasis on fostering collaboration and effective problem-solving within a team environment.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include prior internship, co-op, or research experience specifically within IT, software development, or data analytics. A strong academic performance, generally indicated by a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, is valued, though all motivated applicants are encouraged to apply.
