The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (or higher, up to PhD) in a relevant major, applicable to commercial, technical, trading & supply, information digital technologies, or finance disciplines. Candidates must be in their final year of study or have graduated prior to their first day at Shell. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, a permanent resident, refugee, asylee, temporary resident, or an individual who possesses valid work authorization; individuals requiring sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for general hire.
• Experience: Less than three years of relevant work experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical capacity for problem-solving and objective decision-making; Ability to generate original ideas and influence others; Demonstrated drive, resilience, and adaptability for goal achievement and team collaboration.
• Bonus: Minimum Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.20. Work authorization sponsorship may be offered to PhD and Master’s candidates in certain disciplines.
