Senior Services Program Manager, Actimize (LMS Administrator) | NICE
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at NICE, operating on a hybrid model. NICE builds leading software products utilized by over 25,000 global businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences, combat financial crime, and ensure public safety. As an LMS & Learning Technology Specialist, this position is crucial for supporting Actimize University’s learning platform, ensuring a seamless experience for learners and administrators across the organization. The role will significantly contribute to enabling effective training and development within a company recognized as a market leader in AI, cloud, and digital innovation.

• Mission: Own the end-to-end LMS implementation, administration, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement for Actimize University’s learning platform.
• Tech Stack: Sana, Docebo, Cornerstone, Moodle, SuccessFactors (or similar LMS platforms), SCORM/xAPI, Excel/Power BI, APIs, SSO, AI-enabled learning platforms, AWS/Azure.
What You’ll Actually Do
• LMS Implementation: Support and eventually own the end-to-end LMS implementation, including configuration, testing, and rollout of the learning platform.
• LMS Administration: Manage users, enrollments, learning plans, courses, certifications, permissions, and workflows, configuring and maintaining LMS features to meet business needs.
• Learning Operations: Oversee training registrations, learner access, course assignments, and certification processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date LMS data and learning records.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on learner activity, course completion, certifications, and training participation to provide actionable insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate and simplify LMS processes, explore emerging learning technologies, and establish administration standards and documentation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: 5–8 years of experience in LMS administration, learning technology, or learning operations, with a strong understanding of digital learning, SCORM, learner management, and certification workflows.
• Experience: Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms (e.g., Sana, Docebo, Cornerstone, Moodle, SuccessFactors), including implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting; strong analytical and reporting skills with tools like Excel/Power BI.
• Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities; key competencies include ownership, learning technology, automation mindset, attention to detail, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Bonus: Experience supporting a large-scale LMS implementation, exposure to APIs, integrations, SSO, and learning technology ecosystems, experience with AI-enabled learning platforms and automation, and knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.
