• Pay: $77000–$85000 yearly
• Mission: Develop leadership skills, gain technical knowledge, establish strong business skills, and understand Sonoco’s culture and processes to contribute to valuable project work.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Systems, obtained by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Experience: Previous internship experience, preferably in Manufacturing or a functional area, and proven leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, alongside demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Bonus: Desire to work in a Manufacturing environment and an openness to relocation immediately or in the future.
