Commercial Leadership Development Program – Watts Applied Solutions | Watts Water Technologies

The Tone:
This is an early career rotational program at Watts Water Technologies, with required rotation through three of the company’s Applied Solutions locations in Ft. Worth, TX, Ft. Myers, FL, Blauvelt, NY, and Hutchinson, KS. Watts has a 150-year history of building best-in-class products, providing smart, connected, and sustainable water solutions for residential and commercial settings globally. This program is designed to develop the next generation of engineering and product leaders, enabling participants to make a meaningful impact on the mission to provide safe, clean water for the world and protect Earth’s most valuable resource.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Segment Sales Development: Research market segments, customer needs, and industry trends to support sales growth initiatives, including analyzing market opportunities and developing customer outreach strategies in partnership with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and track cross-functional projects, collaborating with various teams like Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved, and assist in developing project schedules and risk assessments.
• Product Management: Build product knowledge through training and portfolio management, support customer engagement and competitive analysis, and contribute to product strategy, roadmap development, and business case preparation.
• Applications Engineering: Develop customer solutions and technical quotations, participate in customer visits, and translate customer insights into product solutions and potential business opportunities, while also helping deliver technical training.
• Program Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze technical data and customer feedback to support decision-making, and clearly communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.

• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a graduation date of May 2027, indicating an early career stage for high-potential graduates eager to make an impact.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience are required, but candidates must demonstrate a proven interest in leadership development and a strong desire and commitment to grow into future leadership positions within the company.
• Skills: Possess a strong technical foundation with demonstrated acumen and problem-solving ability, an analytical mindset for interpreting technical and business data, strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
