The Tone:
This is a 24-month Graduate Talent Program at UBS, located in NY/NJ. What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support the delivery of critical change at scale as part of a GIC engagement team.
• Gain: Gain exposure to multiple clients and diverse problem statements, moving beyond narrow focus areas.
• Structure: Structure complex challenges, develop actionable solutions, and support execution across transformation initiatives.
• Build: Build consulting, stakeholder management, and change delivery skills through hands-on project work and targeted training.
• Develop: Develop confidence working effectively in ambiguous, high-impact environments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must be graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, and have fully completed their degree by the program start date.
• Experience: Experience working in a project-based environment.
• Skills: Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, motivation to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Ability to evidence how the experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
