The TL;DR

• Pay: $80000–$110000 yearly
• Mission: Prepare participants to operate independently as a consultant and confidently take ownership of client work.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Delivery: Contribute to live client engagements through research, analysis, and the preparation of client-ready materials such as decks, models, and reports.
• Problem Solving: Turn ambiguous and incomplete information into clear, structured outputs that leaders can present directly to clients.
• Skill Development: Progress from providing behind-the-scenes delivery support toward leading client discussions and presenting your own recommendations as your skills grow.
• Firm Growth: Support business development and proposal work, learning how the firm wins and grows client relationships.
• Internal Contribution: Contribute to internal initiatives and firm-building work alongside your client responsibilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance, meaningful leadership experience, and a demonstrated record of initiative; *or* military experience in an operational leadership capacity; *or* an MBA (in progress or recently completed) with early-career professional or leadership experience; *or* early professional experience in a corporate, technical, or functional role demonstrating high performance and independent ownership.
• Experience: A longstanding record of leadership and excellence across academic and professional pursuits.
• Skills: Intellectual curiosity, initiative, the ability to balance several types of work, capacity to turn ambiguous information into structured outputs, and openness to coaching and feedback.
