The Tone:
This is a full-time, 10-week internship program at TD SYNNEX, located in Greenville, SC and Clearwater, FL. TD SYNNEX is a global IT distributor where interns can sharpen analytical and financial skills. This role is crucial for business students seeking to explore corporate career pathways and contribute to meaningful work within a global organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Operations & Reporting: Support core accounting and finance activities, including processing transactions, assisting with journal entries, and contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Risk Management & Analysis: Review new account credit applications, evaluate creditworthiness, and assist in fraud detection and risk mitigation.
• Corporate Event Management: Support corporate and vendor events from planning and logistics through onsite execution, including building promotional communications.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Maintain accurate ledgers and records, research invoice discrepancies, and identify inefficiencies to recommend process improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendor partners to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current undergraduate student with junior standing or above by summer 2027, including May 2027 graduates, pursuing a business-related major such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship and available to work full time, 40 hours per week, for the full 10-week program.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with comfort building and working in spreadsheets, and possessing strong detail orientation with confidential information.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, an interest in using technology to improve reporting accuracy, and an interest in contributing to a values-driven culture.
