The Tone:
This is a senior, hybrid role located in Denmark, focused on driving AI transformation for Microsoft’s customers across Europe North. Microsoft aims to empower every person and organization to achieve more by leveraging its products and services through differentiated customer experiences. This position is crucial for leading complex AI solution architecture with Copilot technologies, serving as a strategic advisor, and accelerating AI adoption and change management to deliver business value and ROI for customers.

The TL;DR

• Pay: kr 726,700.00 – kr 1,320,000.00 yearly
• Team: Customer Success Unit organization
• Mission: Lead customers’ AI transformation journeys by providing architectural leadership and driving adoption of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Customer Success: Lead architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot in complex accounts.
• Leverage Agentic AI: Utilize Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to define reference architectures and delivery patterns that enable AI at scale.
• Lead Technical Account Teams: Orchestrate virtual teams of specialists, resolve escalated technical blockers, and take architectural accountability for high-risk engagements, including those requiring security clearance.
• Explore Growth Opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify new opportunities and develop tailored solutions that drive expansion and business value realization.
• Grow the Community: Mentor and coach less experienced architects, lead readiness and skilling sessions, and contribute to intellectual property creation and reuse to accelerate customer AI transformation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
• Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, including advising senior and executive stakeholders. A track record of leading complex, multi-workload architectures end to end and mentoring other architects or engineers.
• Skills: Personal security clearance is required for this position. Expertise in architectural design, Copilot prompt engineering, and agent-building to define and implement AI solutions at scale.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Cowork, and agent development, including Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, Microsoft Graph connectors, and Azure AI services.
