What You’ll Actually Do
• Licensing Preparation: Prepare for and obtain essential FINRA SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses, fully sponsored by Fidelity, with access to paid study time and valuable resources.
• Client Service: Provide outstanding customer service as a licensed professional, answering inbound phone calls and supporting Fidelity’s valued clients with their financial needs.
• Complex Support: Develop skills to assist with a broad range of client inquiries, including executing trade requests, facilitating money movement, and providing online support.
• Skill Enhancement: Dedicate time each week to handle more complex customer calls, connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your professional network.
• Career Exploration: Gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, then explore new career paths within Fidelity through job shadowing opportunities and the career center.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professionals with the aptitude and dedication required to successfully complete the FINRA SIE®, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 63 exams through an industry-leading licensing program.
• Experience: A demonstrated ability for continuous learning, including studying and applying new concepts, learning quickly, and retaining information to assist with decision-making. Comfort in learning new technology or proprietary platforms and navigating multiple systems simultaneously is also required.
• Skills: A passion for connection, enabling the establishment of rapport with customers through meaningful, resolution-oriented, and efficient conversations. Possesses exceptional critical and analytical problem-solving skills to interpret scenarios, leverage resources, and find appropriate resolutions for diverse situations.
