What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Attend client engagement meetings to establish timelines and define audit goals.
• Research & Strategy: Research business trends within industries to represent companies professionally and apply knowledge to client solutions, potentially identifying new business opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare various accounting-related reports within a paperless work environment.
• Analysis: Provide financial analysis upon the completion of fieldwork to enhance client internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Training: Participate in technical training sessions focused on auditing software, such as Knowledge Coach.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; entry-level position working towards obtaining a CPA license.
• Experience: Ability to travel 20-40 percent for client engagements to various locations.
• Skills: Inquisitive learning about business processes, strong multitasking capabilities to meet deadlines, adherence to the highest professional standards, and maintaining strict client confidentiality.
