What You’ll Actually Do
• Expertise Development: Build broad supply chain expertise by learning industry fundamentals like modes, capacity, and pricing through structured training and mentorship.
• Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with a customer portfolio by understanding their business needs and solving daily supply chain challenges.
• Shipment Management: Own end-to-end shipment execution, from planning to delivery, utilizing digital and AI-enabled insights to anticipate risks and ensure reliable outcomes.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Use data analytics and technology to identify trends, uncover root causes, and implement improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
• Business Development: Participate in customer business reviews and planning sessions, identifying opportunities for new lanes, service expansions, and value-added solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams, rotating through functional areas to build an internal network and understand business decisions.

• Background: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, with graduation expected by summer 2027; This is an entry-level program designed for new graduates.
• Experience: Required experience includes using a customer perspective to guide decisions and actions.
• Skills: Priority management in a deadline-driven environment; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and work effectively across teams.
