Supply Chain & Logistics Trainee (Supervisory Track) | Worldwide Window Fashions
The Tone:
This is a full-time, on-site role at Worldwide Window Fashions, located in Philadelphia, PA. The company is a premier Sino-USA manufacturer and B2B wholesaler of window fashions, exclusively serving professional dealers across the U.S. This role offers a unique opportunity for high-potential individuals to fast-track into leadership by mastering the company’s end-to-end global supply chain, critical to maintaining seamless operations between its international manufacturing and domestic fulfillment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Dealer Fulfillment: Coordinate order pipelines and final-mile domestic freight exclusively for the B2B dealer network.
• Hybrid Operations Support: Track and monitor high-volume, custom-made international shipments, and manage domestic freight logistics.
• Bottleneck Identification: Identify bottlenecks in the dealer supply chain and escalate them to production planners.
• Inventory Balancing: Liaise with the US production team to balance stock levels between ready-made imported items and domestically manufactured custom products.
• Leadership Transition: Upon successful completion of the training program, graduate to a leadership role overseeing daily operations in logistics, dealer fulfillment, or warehouse production, supervising a team and implementing process improvements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related fields. This is an early career role for recent graduates.
• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience, with exposure to ERP systems.
• Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), natural leadership instincts, excellent communication, conflict-resolution, extreme attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (written/verbal) is highly preferred for collaboration with our China Headquarter.
