Graduate Program of Stellantis, Retail Sales | Stellantis
The Tone:
This is an early career program at Stellantis, a global mobility company, focused on retail sales. The program is designed to accelerate emerging talent into future commercial leaders. Through this role, you will build market knowledge, foster strong dealer relationships, and develop business judgment to drive sales performance in the fast-moving automotive environment. From day one, you will work close to customers and the dealer network, taking ownership of meaningful business priorities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Dealer Relationship Management: Build and manage productive business relationships with assigned Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and/or FIAT dealerships, serving as a key liaison between dealership leadership and Stellantis while maintaining a consistent presence in the market.
• Sales Forecasting and Performance: Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line, assess progress against business goals, and use sales, inventory, and market information to identify opportunities and recommend actions to drive performance.
• Inventory and Allocation Support: Support vehicle ordering, allocation, and monthly scheduling decisions based on market demand and inventory needs to optimize dealership inventory and sales potential.
• Market Analysis and Action Planning: Review dealer and market performance, identify gaps in sales effectiveness, and recommend specific actions to improve results, supporting dealer business planning and retail execution within an assigned market.
• Strategic Collaboration and Reporting: Partner with dealership leadership on sales opportunities, customer experience, and business priorities; collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Field Operations teams; and prepare and present performance updates, business recommendations, and market insights.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree. This accelerated leadership journey is centered on retail sales and dealer-facing experience, aimed at developing future commercial leaders.
• Experience: Two or more years of sales and/or marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of sales, marketing, and Stellantis internship experience. This includes hands-on ownership of sales, inventory, and market performance priorities, and direct dealer-facing responsibility.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; ability to relocate based on business needs; ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel, to support assigned dealerships and market activities; and the ability to perform effectively in a customer- and results-focused sales environment. Development in consultative selling, negotiation, influence, and relationship management will be part of the experience.
• Bonus: Experience in an automotive dealership, field sales, account management, retail, or customer-facing business environment; experience using performance data to identify trends and recommend action; demonstrated ability to build productive relationships and influence outcomes; an entrepreneurial mindset with a history of leadership, initiative, and achievement; strong presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
