• Mission: To prepare participants for a Lead Manager role within one year by developing critical HR capabilities through hands-on assignments and rotations, contributing to the global organization’s people strategy.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze data: Conduct research and analyze data to support key HR initiatives, using insights to inform people strategies and business decisions.
• Implement HR programs: Support the development and implementation of programs across Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, HR Business Partnering, Rewards, HR Services, and Employee Relations.
• Manage people-focused programs: Contribute to early-career recruitment, learning and development, talent management, and employee services.
• Interpret HR policies: Research and analyze complex employee or policy-related matters, communicate HR policies and procedures clearly, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Lead projects: Drive assigned projects through effective collaboration, independent judgment, personal accountability, and active participation in the program’s training and development activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; this is an accelerated, entry-level program.
• Experience: At least one to three years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Talent Management, or a related area.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to analyze data and develop clear, business-focused presentations.
