2027 Sales & Operations Development Program (Starting June 2027) | Rexel USA

The Tone:
This is a full-time early career development program starting in June 2027, located in Denver, CO. Rexel USA is one of the largest distributors of electrical products, data communication, and related supplies in the United States, operating over 460 warehouse storefront locations. This program offers a fast-tracked opportunity for associates early in their career to gain broad exposure within the Electrical Distribution industry. It is designed to develop commercial, operational, and leadership skills needed to make an immediate impact within the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Warehouse & Logistics: Learn the full-cycle supply chain processes, including order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping materials.
• Sales: Gain experience in counter, inside, and outside sales roles, building customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills.
• Operations: Understand business drivers influencing safety, profitability, facility maintenance, inventory, working capital, and customer service using data and tools.
• Project Management: Manage customer, sales, and vendor relationships; coordinate orders, track shipments, and prepare project quotations.
• Elective Rotations: Tailor experience through specialized rotations in areas such as Automation, Lighting, Gear, Datacom, Services, or customized projects with local leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred for this entry-level program.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a service, business, or sales-oriented role for external candidates; less than 12 months with Rexel for internal candidates. Equivalent military or industry-related experience is considered.
• Skills: Demonstrated professionalism, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; ability to solve problems, build relationships, and work productively as part of a team.
• Bonus: A minimum 3.0 GPA upon graduation is required for candidates with a bachelor’s degree; relevant internship or co-op experience is preferred; openness to relocation will expand career opportunities.
