What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Participate in formal training programs and on-the-job development experiences to build capabilities.
• Networking: Build relationships with senior leaders, mentors, and cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Skill-Building: Develop analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills through practical application.
• Presentation: Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to leadership teams.
• Exposure: Gain exposure to core business functions and strategic initiatives to prepare for future leadership opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current university student or recent university graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience through work, internships, organizations, athletics, military service, or extracurricular involvement.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: Ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisions, curiosity, resilience, willingness to challenge the status quo, strong organizational and project management skills, comfort working in ambiguous environments.
