What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans across the organization.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify and pinpoint new growth opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams to drive and execute strategic initiatives effectively.
• Leadership Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and offer well-informed recommendations to senior leadership.
• Trend Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate evolving industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles.
• Experience: Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic plans within complex organizations.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, coupled with the ability to provide strategic guidance and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience in strategic planning within a global organization, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, strong research capabilities, and a curious, eager-to-learn mindset are highly valued.
