The Tone:
This is a role for an Avocat Prix de Transfert F/H, engaged as a Libéral professional at KPMG Avocats Tour Europlaza, located in the Île-de-France region, operating in a hybrid work mode. KPMG is France’s premier multidisciplinary firm, recognized for excellence in Audit, Consulting, and Legal & Tax services through KPMG Avocats. This position is crucial for helping multinational clients navigate complex international tax landscapes by developing robust transfer pricing strategies and ensuring compliance.

• Team: Our Transfer Pricing team consists of 30 collaborators, addressing all transfer pricing challenges for multinational companies of all sizes and sectors.
• Mission: Partner with associates to design transfer pricing policies, model economic valuations, and assist multinational groups with tax administration and compliance.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Policy Design: Participate in the conception of transfer pricing policies, aligning with the value creation contribution of various Group entities.
• Economic Valuation: Contribute to the economic modeling and valuation of companies, intangible assets (e.g., brands, patents), and financial products.
• International Management: Participate in the management of correspondents within the framework of international missions.
• Compliance Support: Accompany businesses in the preparation of mandatory transfer pricing documentation.
• Tax Administration Liaison: Assist multinational groups in their relations with French or foreign tax administrations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: You possess a Bac+5 level education from a Grande Ecole de commerce or a 3rd cycle in International Taxation, L.L.M, Master 2, or DJCE with a specialization in Taxation.
• Experience: You have 3 to 7 years of experience in Transfer Pricing within a cabinet or an international group.
• Skills: You are recognized for your excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English, your strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, and your autonomy, curiosity, and ability to work effectively in a team.
