The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Motorola Solutions, located remotely in the U.S. Motorola Solutions builds and connects technologies to help protect people, property, and places, fostering collaboration for safer communities. This role contributes to defining the roadmap for products like body cameras, vehicle cameras, and evidence management software, which are crucial for public safety and enterprise organizations worldwide.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: Remote – USA
• Pay: $130000–$140000 yearly
• Team: Evidence Product Management team
• Mission: Owns the roadmap for delivering body cameras, vehicle cameras, and evidence management software to keep communities and individuals safe.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Define: Define product features, epics, and the overall product roadmap.
• Prioritize: Prioritize the product backlog based on inputs from customers, sales, customer support, and product strategy.
• Translate: Translate technical feature details into customer-friendly, non-technical messaging for go-to-market organizations.
• Liaise: Act as a technical liaison between the development team, customers, and customer support teams.
• Plan: Plan and design the development sprint backlog of features to be delivered.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a focus on product development within the software development industry.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in the Software Development industry, including 3+ years in Product Development or a similar role.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, proven technical and analytical abilities, and strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
