Business Management Trainee | Triumvirate Environmental

What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete comprehensive training: Participate in Triumvirate’s onboarding and training program, covering safety protocols, compliance, hazardous waste management processes, and industry standards.
• Acquire field experience: Spend the initial 6 months gaining hands-on experience in the field alongside professionals to understand Triumvirate’s business model and services.
• Collaborate with leadership: Beyond the initial field experience, work closely with senior leadership across various departments including Operations, Logistics, Consulting, and Sales, providing quality deliverables.
• Engage with clients: Shadow experienced team members during client interactions, assist in training clients on chemical safety and hazardous waste management, and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
• Support projects and management: Provide assistance in spill response measures, contribute to project management tasks, and support an Executive, Director, or Senior Manager with special business projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Management, or a related field. This is an entry-level role focused on developing future leaders.
• Experience: Ability to work in the field to understand the industry, a strong interest in business development and/or sales, willingness to work overtime and flexible hours, and a reliable form of transportation.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, strong organizational and time management skills, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy.
• Bonus: Previous internship or work experience in Business Management, a strong academic background with a competitive GPA, and excellent customer service skills.
